Online Hifz-ul-Quran Course
MMR Islamic Academy provides a balanced Quran memorisation pathway built around accurate new lessons, daily revision, long-term retention, and realistic progress. The plan is adapted to the learner’s reading ability, available time, and memorisation capacity.
THE HIFZ PATHWAY
Memorisation supported by disciplined revision
Successful Hifz is not measured only by how quickly new verses are memorised. New learning must remain accurate and stable through organised revision. MMR Islamic Academy therefore balances the new lesson with recent revision and older memorised portions.
Before beginning, the learner’s Nazirah reading, pronunciation, current memorisation, daily schedule, and revision habits are reviewed. A realistic plan is then set so progress can continue without sacrificing retention.
Recent revision
Review newly memorised passages frequently until they become stable and connected.
Long-term revision
Maintain older portions through a rotating schedule designed to prevent weakening.
QUALITY AND RETENTION
Accuracy comes before speed
Learners are guided to correct reading before committing a passage to memory. Recurring pronunciation, word, or sequence mistakes are addressed early so they do not become embedded in memorisation.
Progress reviews consider accuracy, continuity, confidence, and consistency. When revision weakens, the plan can temporarily reduce new work and strengthen retention.
Listening and correction
Recite to the teacher and receive precise feedback on words, sequence, and pronunciation.
Realistic targets
Set daily work that fits the learner’s age, ability, school commitments, and available time.
Accountability
Use regular lesson attendance and review records to maintain discipline and motivation.
